Hatsukoi Limited

The only anime which is the best so far on my Spring watchlist. As the anime progresses, it has lots more chick-flick moments romance-genre moments which is probably my most hated part and should be dropping any episode now, but in this anime, it doesnt made me drop watching it. Pretty unusual for me. Is it because of the fansevice? Kei?, Misaki?, or my new wife just yesterday, Koyoi? Every character is very interesting and every episode focuses on each of one of the characters. And I gotta say that every stories they tell on every character wasnt boring at all. The storyline doesnt offer much deep-ness where every end of the episode leaves a curiosity on whats gonna happen next though. But it isnt repetitive which is good. Its getting better I should say and it makes me want to watch it until the ends cause I wanna know who will end up with who.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 2

There’s nothing really special on this anime except the fact that I am a fan of Haruhi Suzumiya that I really should watch this shit. I dont even know if it’s a good idea having a season 2 (Oh wait, episode 8 of season 1 right? Oh fuck I dont care.) at all. But it’s still worth watching since I wanna know whats gonna happen next. And oh, episode 1 is fucked up (Not in a good way) I tell ya. Plus points for having TOO many posts about this on Anime Nano.
Eden of the East

It’s getting worst, in my opinion I dont know what others think. It’s getting fucked up every fucking episode. I thought this was gonna be the best anime this season but sadly, so far, no. But Im happy that it’s still watch-able because of the blue-haired girl. She is a complete big role for the anime and made the anime a little much better.
K-ON!

This is really getting much alike in Lucky Star. The first episodes wasnt that much of similarity in Lucky Star but this time, no. The episode where KagaMio was trasferred on a different section than the other girls, that explains why. Oh wow, a new added character, Azusa. Which I think is much moe-er than Mio. Well, I think this anime is a little bit getting worse (Oh wait, it really is worse even in the beginning). But Ill just watch this for the lulz.
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood

I watch this via local television, TV5. Im not a fan of FMA and I havent watched the original series yet. But I watch this just because I dont have a show to watch on 7:30 of the evening. And I can resist raging on the tagalog dubs too. So I watched the first episode, wasnt that bad. I”ll continue watching this for fuck’s sake.
Hetalia Axis Powers

I watch this for teh lulz. I dont really enjoy those gay chibi’s with a historical plotline and blah blah. But its kinda funny. And plus, its just 5 minutes or less, its not a waste of time. And every season, I need a gay anime to watch so this is the perfect anime.
Saki

miz
Okay this is the only anime I have been able to keep up with, other than Hige Piyo which I started to watch in Japan. Most likely for its reason of it being the easiest anime I can handle now, what with Jet lag, and real life…
My impressions for this anime.. will have to watch until the very end. There is only 13 episodes of this. Also an earlier criticism on the goddess aspect seems to have lessen somewhat. It has became a mental image of internet identities, particularly with Nodoka’s online alias. Also in spite of the constant comments on Nodoka’s breasts, and as I think about it now… it is seen as Cute by now as me…especially when she has this damn penguin under her…
Other non-spring anime that Im Currently Watching
- Code Geass R2: Better than the first season. There is so much twists and turns going on. What!? Lelouch is gonna die!? FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUU-
- Macross Frontier: Im starting to be a mecha fan by the way. I never watched any Macross series and this is the best ever. The songs are great. ALL of the songs are great. On my current episode Im watching, its getting better since.. Nevermind, I dont want to have long annotations cause Im running out of time.
- Elfen Lied: I recently finished Higurashi and I liked it. I checked out some recommendations and I found Elfen Lied. I already heard this anime a long time ago though. Im not yet finished with the first episode cause its hard to find a good streaming site for this. Everybody likes the OP of it right? But why am I not liking the OP?
- Denpa teki na Kanojo: I never heard of this one before, and I think this is pretty not popular right? Its an 3-episoded OVA which comes out every uhh.. year? I dunno lol. So the anime is a lot like Higurashi. True. And I think Im liking this anime.
- Toradora: Im rewatching it via TV5 also. Since there are some episode that I skipped at the time I was watching it months ago because it was boring.
Recently finished:
- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni: Finale was awesome. Friendship really concurs all anime. But the last time arc was fucked up. The aliens, parasites? WTF was that? But still, in general, a great anime.

There’s still tagalog dub FMA? I only watched one dubbed episode I think. so-so. I already finished the first series anywayz, so I no longer bothered to watch the local dub. hehe.
Oh, I also like the OP of Elfen Lied xD
Higarushi . . need to finish x_x
Yeah. There is a tagalog dub and is airing at TV5.
I didnt like the OP of Elfen Lied. I cant even sing along with it.
Elfen Lied is awesome. It’s one of the only anime that actually made me want to read the manga (I almost never read manga, except for Gantz, which is probably better than any anime I’ve watched, which is saying A LOT).
Other than that, I don’t read manga.
Fuck, I need a bloody anime now (that makes me sound kind of fucked up), I haven’t seen one in ages.
@glothelegend….yeah, but what anime show is bloodier than Elfen Lied? Hellsing came close, so if you haven’t seen it, check it out.
I never realized how awesome Code Geass is, definitely in my top 5. Lelouch and C.C. kick ass.
Hellsing? I hate any show with vampires in it.
For the record, I dont read mangas too.
Yeah Hatsukoi Limited has been pretty good so far: got decent storytelling and is generally funny. It definitely exceeded my expectations. FMA is decent so far, but it’ll get better as we move into the more exciting parts of the manga storyline.
Macross Frontier was just awesome on visual and audio merits alone. I got too caught up with the eye candy and music to worry about the story lol. Code Geass R2 was quite good too… until the end which was a bit… I won’t ruin it for ya.
Haha. I thought the same too in Macross F! I was too caught up on the good music and sometimes I feel like I just want to watch it because of their songs.. not the story. Oh wow.
this spring, i’m picking up some Eureka Seven goodness.
Well, its about time right? Oh wait.. I havent even watched E7 yet..
MOVIE!
I think in Higurashi they just started experimenting with retelling the tale in different genres. It’s a very “artsy” thing to do and doesn’t always work.
Artsy? Oh wow. That sounds a bit gay..
“K-ON!: Well, I think this anime is a little bit getting worse”
I wonder if K-ON is “jumping the shark” when they included the new 5th member on the Music Club…
“I never watched any Macross series and this is the best ever.”
It is more fun if you watch the first Macross Series. There are TONS of references on Macross Frontier (I finished watching it last week btw)…
It is the “best” ever but it is just like Macross the first series “on steroids” except that in the first series, the romantic triangle is broken and well defined while in Macross F, there is no romantic resolution…yet…until the movie arrives.
I was about to edit my K-ON! note that its getting better because of Azu-nyan. But its too late..
Wait what? Theres a movie?
I came here because of your awesome avatar, and found this.
I just found Denpa teki na Kanojou only the other day (by a ‘random by refresh’ function on a site I use, otherwise I might have never known about it)…
And am ANXIOUSLY awaiting more. You say there’s three? *shuffles impatiently* *shuffles more*
Saki: I’m keeping up with and will finish this one, too. The NodokaSaki subt–y’know, there’s no sub-, it’s just text–is a big draw to myself. Saki made me want to learn how to play so I could follow what’s going on. So far, I’ve gotten really good at losing to bots. And as much as I generally don’t like oversized chests, Nodoka’s is…a hilarious exception. The way her breasts jump and bounce when she just turns to the side, imagine the power that kinetic energy could produce! Even if it makes me wince and wonder what she’s (not?) wearing under her seifuku.
Hatsukoi: I read through the entire manga a while back and liked it, but I can’t quite figure out why I don’t intend to watch the anime…
I loved Elfen Lied. Great stuff.
And sure you can sing with it! Try harder! Latin is hardcore.
By the way. Lelouch is gonna die.
By the way, I dropped watching Denpa Tenki na Kanojo because of poor video hosting on some sites. Yes, there are 4 OVAs but you cant find any… because its still not aired.
About Saki, let Miz reply on that.
Go watch the anime, but I guess you will be disappointed cause you read ther manga.
Latin is hardcore? Dont you mean unsing-able!?
By the way, I dont care if Lelouch is gonna die. I already know.
So many people say that R2 < season one for Code Geass.
It's nice to see somebody who thinks the other way around. Twists and turns are awesome in my opinion.
Of course, who doesnt like some fucked up anime in a good way?
I think you’re too pessimistic. Higashi no Eden was one the best shows of the season till episode 8 which was rather boring; K-ON became much better lately, and Lucky Star similarity is not making it worse; And it was really nice to see Haruhi again.
I’m not watching the other shows, although Hatsukoi Limited is actually on my plan-to-watchlist.
Hatsukoi on your plan to watch list? It should be on your currently watching list! Obligatory!
Hai~hai. Am already watching it. ^_^
